Our story
We started this adventure in 2021 with the goal of eliminating construction headaches. In just a few years, we've helped hundreds of builders streamline their operations, grown our team from 2 to 40+, and have set our sights on becoming the first AI-powered operating system for construction sites. Switching from civil engineering into the software world, Matt has always been fascinated by construction tech. Most of his time is spent with builders and subcontractors brainstorming better ways to manage safety, but when he's not he'll be finding his way to the coast for a surf.

From marketing to web design to engineering leadership, Aaron's diverse tech background spans leading large teams at REA Group and SEEK. Now he's applying this wealth of experience to revolutionise construction tech with innovative solutions.
Thomas Schwarz
After seven years at Victoria Police, Tom joined BuildPass to help the team scale smarter and build faster with AI. A natural systems thinker, he’s passionate about improving processes and believes if a task needs to be done twice, it’s worth building a tool to do it better.
