Switching from civil engineering into the software world, Matt has always been fascinated by construction tech. Most of his time is spent with builders and subcontractors brainstorming better ways to manage safety, but when he's not he'll be finding his way to the coast for a surf.
From marketing to web design to engineering leadership, Aaron's diverse tech background spans leading large teams at REA Group and SEEK. Now he's applying this wealth of experience to revolutionise construction tech with innovative solutions.
Gilad loves solving problems and leverages his experience working as an estimator to do this for our customers and their Subcontractors. Outside of work you will find Gilad with his boxing gloves on or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
From retail to food-tech to construction, Shelley has a diverse marketing background that is no stranger to big ideas and endless to-do lists. You’ll likely find her highly caffeinated, talking about whatever cult fitness class she did that morning.
James has a knack for bringing designs to life on the web as BuildPass’ (self appointed) Chief of Frontend. He enjoys building intuitive and meaningful experiences for our users and where possible, sneaks in a bit of fun too. You’ll often find those in close proximity to James wearing headphones to drown out his out-loud debugging.
Raf is an experienced developer from Bunnings, working seamlessly across backend, frontend, and mobile platforms. When he's not coding, he’s playing his guitar, or out taking photos with his Sony A6700.
Jon, or “JC”, has been writing software for fifteen years, leading engineering teams and championing back end architecture as a Principal Software Developer at SEEK and now BuildPass. JC is a busy father of two daughters, a volunteer firefighter with the CFA and enjoys mountain bike riding and snowboarding.
Hailing from the small country town of Eildon, there’s no problem too small for Tom and he’s always up for a challenge. When he’s not pounding the keys, you’ll find him relaxing with his cat Goose and enjoying various sports, particularly Ultimate Frisbee!
