Yes. Upload your paper forms, PDFs or spreadsheets, up to 100 at a time, and the AI Template Generator drafts a template from each one, or describe a form and start from a draft. Ask the Template Assistant for changes in plain words. It doesn't know your standards, so check each draft before you publish. An Owner or Account manager switches on AI tools in Settings first, as they're off by default.
Yes, as forms. Build each inspection or ITP as a form, score every check as conforming, deficient or neutral, and raise a punch item from any failed item. There are no hold or witness points, staged sign-off or approvals from more than one party. A form is completed once, by one person, so most teams add a signature block at each point that needs signing and raise an action for the follow-up.
Yes. Open the Activity tab on any form to see each edit, with the answers before and after it, photos and signatures included.
No. Reminders go to the admins you assign on each project. Workers start the forms you make available to them in the worker app.
