    An admin user refers to someone who typically manages back-end tasks in the BuildPass app. For example, your Site Manager would be considered an admin user, as they would manage inductions, create new processes using forms and checklists, or assign defects. However, subcontractors or workers who are assigned a defect can access the Worker Portal for free.

    No! Subcontractors and workers can access the BuildPass Worker Portal for free – you only pay for the admin users who need access to manage your site's processes.

    Yes, we offer additional implementation packages to make your transition to BuildPass seamless.
