• Third-party integrations: You’ll be able to connect BuildPass with the tools your team already uses. Sync data with Procore, QuickBooks, Xero, Premier, and more without double handling.

• AI workflow assistant: Let AI help you build. Whether you’re starting from scratch or improving an existing process, the assistant will suggest the best steps based on your needs.

• Workflow templates: Access a growing library of ready-to-use templates for common site processes like JHA sign-offs, permit approvals, pre-task plans, and toolbox talks. Each one can be customized to suit your business.

• Wait steps and time-based triggers: Hold a step until a form is submitted, or wait until a set time or date. Great for delayed approvals, overnight handovers, or scheduled follow-ups.
