From drawings to a priced estimate

Run the takeoff straight off the drawings and send the quantities to the estimate. Estimates build on your own rates and cost codes, grouped the way you already price. The first pass is done for your estimator, so they review and refine instead of starting from zero.

One scope, out to every subbie

Build the package once and send RFQs to your whole shortlist at once. Each subbie prices the same scope lines through their own private link, no login needed. Quotes come back like for like, not apples to oranges.

Compare like for like, then award

Smart Compare levels every quote against your estimate on the scope it covers. Inclusions, exclusions and gaps sit side by side, so you bid on numbers you can stand behind. Award the winner and it carries straight into a subcontract.

Win the job and the budget's already built

Send the priced proposal to the client and sign it with e-signatures, in the platform. Turn the awarded scope into a build programme so you walk onto site with the sequence set. And the budget you priced becomes the budget Pay tracks and Build runs against. Nothing gets re-entered on day one.
