Our platform brings together general contractors, subcontractors, and workers so site operations, safety, and compliance all live in one place instead of in paper, text threads, and random spreadsheets.

The role: Lead the team that powers US growth

We are looking for an energetic, data driven sales manager to lead a growing team of account executives in Austin. You will coach, motivate, and challenge early career sales talent to hit and exceed their numbers, while building the systems and rhythms that keep our outbound engine running.This is a hands on leadership role. You will be close to the work, close to the numbers, and close to the team.

You’ll be responsible for

👉 Leading, coaching, and developing a team of account executives to beat individual and team goals
👉 Managing daily activity metrics like calls, talk time, meetings, and pipeline creation
👉 Running regular 1:1s that focus on skill, mindset, and performance
👉 Using data to spot trends, refine playbooks, and improve conversion rates across the funnel
👉 Partnering with marketing, RevOps, and enablement to tighten lead flow and messaging
👉 Recruiting, onboarding, and ramping new reps as the team grows
👉 Building a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What your first 6 months look like

What you’ll own in your first 90 days

👉 Learn our sales process, playbooks, and core KPIs
👉 Get to know each rep, their strengths, growth areas, and career goals
👉 Set up clear coaching rhythms like 1:1s, team meetings, and call reviews
👉 Start driving performance improvements through data, feedback, and structured coaching

By 6 months, success looks like

👉 Consistently hitting or beating team attainment goals
👉 Better activity to meeting and meeting to close conversion rates
👉 Sales playbooks and enablement content shaped by your frontline insights
👉 A stronger bench of talent through smart recruiting and professional development

About you: 

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

👉 Have 2 to 4 plus years of experience in sales management, ideally in a high velocity or inside sales environment
👉 Have proven success leading AEs or SDRs to hit quota and activity targets
👉 Are fluent in sales metrics, funnel management, and performance coaching
👉 Are a clear, motivating communicator who can inspire action and hold people accountable
👉 Are comfortable in CRM and sales tools like HubSpot, Sellfire, and similar platforms
👉 Love developing people and building teams that genuinely like winning together

You do not need a construction background. Curiosity about the space and a willingness to learn beats years of wearing steel caps.
