Our story

We started this adventure in 2021 with the goal of eliminating construction headaches. In just a few years, we’ve helped hundreds of builders streamline their operations, grown our team from 2 to 40+, and have set our sights on becoming the first AI-powered operating system for construction sites.

Nathan Douglas

Nathan has over 6 years of experience in construction insurance as a broker and is now working to help builders run safe and efficient sites with BuildPass. Outside of work, you’ll find him going for runs or trying new breweries across Victoria.

Kirkland Audain

Kirkland is the Head of Sales for North America at BuildPass, leading the company’s sales strategy and growth across the region. He brings extensive experience in building and scaling sales teams, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue in fast-growing markets. Sam Wardle-Reid

"Never work with children or animals" Sam did both. Working as a Zookeeper then Teacher, Sam has now transitioned into becoming BuildPass's first Account Executive of the Sales Team. In his spare time, he’s quite busy with his second job, being a fulltime Legend (He also shouldn’t be allowed to write his own bio).

Connor Temple

Connor is a sales professional with over seven years of experience across full-cycle sales roles in marketing, payments processing, SaaS, and related industries. He has worked across the entire sales journey, from lead generation and discovery through to closing and ongoing client relationships. Baylee Biancofiori

With five years in real estate—from a fast-paced startup to working as a residential agent in Indiana—I’ve built a strong foundation in sales and client relationships. After moving to Austin in May, I’ve been leveraging those skills to break into tech sales, driven by a passion for fast-moving environments and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Natalie Trotta

Originally from New York and a University of Texas at Austin alum, Natalie now calls Austin home. As an Account Executive at BuildPass, she combines her interest in innovative technology, problem-solving, and relationship-building to support customers and build strong, trusted partnerships.

John McLaughlin

Started out swinging a hammer as a qualified chippy. Now moved into a sales role working with builder streamline their site operations.

Jake Tierney

Worked in hospitality initially then moved into a bit of council work. From there I went to early child care and then to Horticulture where my sales career began.
