Who Lite is for

Lite is for builders whose real exposure is on site. The crew turns up and gets on with it, and the part that costs you sleep is whether the inductions, SWMS and tickets would hold up if SafeWork walked on tomorrow. Lite puts that side of the job on a phone and keeps the record for you.

What Lite does on site

The induction happens before they reach the gate

Workers complete their site induction on their own phone, before they turn up. SWMS get signed by the people doing the work. Tickets and insurances sit against the company with their expiry dates, so a lapsed certificate surfaces before it becomes a problem on site.

The site diary writes itself

Your site manager talks through the day, or photographs their handwritten notes, and BuildPass writes up the diary. Photos land in the gallery against the job. A week of diaries rolls into a summary you can send the client.

Proof you can hand over

Every sign on, SWMS, ticket and diary entry stays against the job. When an insurer, an auditor or SafeWork asks what happened on a given day, you pull a report instead of rebuilding the story from memory.

The day-to-day job admin and the drawings side. Scheduling, documents, actions, notices, timesheets and the client portal start on Standard. Drawings, defects, RFIs, submittals, permits, messaging and workflows start on Pro. You can move up at any time without starting again.

Yes. BuildPass AI, BuildPass Agent, MCP access, phone calls, the template library and every integration are on Lite, Standard and Pro. They aren't an upgrade.

No. Every plan runs unlimited projects, subcontractors and workers, and we don't cap the history you keep. What you pay is based on how many admin users need a login, not on how much you build.

An admin user is anyone who works in the BuildPass app rather than the worker app. Your site manager is an admin user: they run inductions, build forms and checklists, and assign defects. Admin users can be given different levels of access depending on what they need. Subcontractors and workers aren't admin users. They work in the worker app, at no extra charge.
