Baylee Biancofiori
With five years in real estate—from a fast-paced startup to working as a residential agent in Indiana—I’ve built a strong foundation in sales and client relationships. After moving to Austin in May, I’ve been leveraging those skills to break into tech sales, driven by a passion for fast-moving environments and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Natalie Trotta
Originally from New York and a University of Texas at Austin alum, Natalie now calls Austin home. As an Account Executive at BuildPass, she combines her interest in innovative technology, problem-solving, and relationship-building to support customers and build strong, trusted partnerships.

John McLaughlin
Started out swinging a hammer as a qualified chippy. Now moved into a sales role working with builder streamline their site operations.

Jake Tierney
Worked in hospitality initially then moved into a bit of council work. From there I went to early child care and then to Horticulture where my sales career began.

Emma Sparks
Emma is an Account Executive with a background in the automotive industry, bringing a practical, results-driven approach to her work. Born and raised in Texas, she has a passion for solving problems and enjoys cooking and reading in her free time.

Lily Moore
Lily is an Account Executive with an extensive background working with contractors across the construction industry. She brings a strong understanding of contractor workflows and priorities, allowing her to build trusted relationships and provide practical, solutions-focused support. Lily works closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure they get the most value from BuildPass.

From hospitality leadership to face-to-face sales, Josh built a strong foundation in people skills and working under pressure. Now an SDR at BuildPass, he’s helping digitise the construction industry by connecting builders with smarter site tools. Off the clock, he’s a soon-to-be dad and a passionate Arsenal fan.

Ranjit is an Account Executive at BuildPass, partnering with builders to understand their operational challenges and deliver solutions that simplify compliance and site management. With a consultative approach, he focuses on building long-term relationships and helping customers unlock efficiencies that support sustainable growth.
