Our story
BuildPass is a global construction business that started in 2021 with the goal of eliminating site management headaches. In just a few years, we’ve helped hundreds of contractors streamline their operations, grown our team from 2 to 40+, and have set our sights on becoming the first AI-powered operating system for construction sites.

With a background in landscaping, Isobel brings valuable experience to the BuildPass team. She is eager to assist her customers in achieving success at BuildPass. When she's not busy engaging with customers, you'll likely find her building with LEGO.

Worked in, managed, built and led cross-functional revenue teams at various successful Australian software companies. Now scaling BuildPass international growth, and dropping off at all the courses along the way 🏌🏻♂️.
Worked in hospitality initially then moved into a bit of council work. From there I went to early child care and then to Horticulture where my sales career began.
Jesse joins the team from Radelaide. When he's not on the phone meeting new people, he's either at the gym or spending time with his dog!
Jin is our product design wizard, with over 10 years of experience. She's truly the best in the biz. When the weekend rolls around, you'll find Jin camping with her family.
Started with a Bachelor's in Exercise and Sports Science, initially pursuing a career as a Sports Scientist in elite sports. Later transitioned into a support role at Catapult, a sports wearable tech company, where I developed strong customer support skills—now applied in my current role at BuildPass.
Started out swinging a hammer as a qualified chippy. Now moved into a sales role working with builder streamline their site operations.
Nathan has over 6 years of experience in construction insurance as a broker and is now working to help builders run safe and efficient sites with BuildPass. Outside of work, you’ll find him going for runs or trying new breweries across Victoria.
