Our story

BuildPass is a global construction business that started in 2021 with the goal of eliminating site management headaches. In just a few years, we’ve helped hundreds of contractors streamline their operations, grown our team from 2 to 40+, and have set our sights on becoming the first AI-powered operating system for construction sites.

April Riley

April has a rich background in construction tech, engineering, resources, and technology, working closely with builders, subcontractors, and suppliers. When not immersed in the world of construction tech, she spends quality time with her family, hunts down the best local coffee spots, or dives into a classic sci-fi novel.

Erica Tommarello

As the Founding Customer Success Manager for BuildPass’s first U.S. office in Austin, Erica now leads Customer Success across North America. A former teacher, she brings a practical, people-first approach to helping construction teams get real value from their software. Erica focuses on streamlining safety workflows, solving friction points, and turning customer feedback into meaningful product im

Sian Lennox

Sian here! I moved to Melbourne six years ago after accidentally finishing a law degree (whoops) Since then, I’ve been living my best tech life as an account manager/CSM, mostly in the healthcare space. Big fan of US Survivor—still waiting for Jeff Probst to call me—and I bake cakes and eat said cakes.

Joanna Zervakis

Started with a Bachelor's in Exercise and Sports Science, initially pursuing a career as a Sports Scientist in elite sports. Later transitioned into a support role at Catapult, a sports wearable tech company, where I developed strong customer support skills—now applied in my current role at BuildPass.

Tiana Hain

Bringing experience across sales, AI advertising technology, and project and IT administration in the utilities and non-profit sectors, Tiana takes a customer-first and strategic approach to her role as Customer Success Manager. At BuildPass, she works closely with customers to support adoption, build strong relationships, and deliver long-term value.

Joseph Walker

Focused on building strong, long-term customer relationships, Joseph supports BuildPass customers as a Customer Success Manager. He works closely with clients to understand their goals, guide adoption, and ensure they get ongoing value from the platform. Joseph takes a practical, solutions-focused approach to helping customers succeed.

Joe Hatchett

With 15 years of management experience in customer experience roles, Joe supports BuildPass customers as a Customer Support Specialist. He has helped teams deliver strong customer outcomes across a range of industries and brings a focus on service quality, trusted relationships, and long-term success.

Andrei Mallen

Andrei is a seasoned technical and support specialist with 10+ years in the BPO industry. Passionate about delivering great customer experiences, he also enjoys programming, exploring new software, and engaging with people. Outside of work, you’ll find him at the beach or deep into Netflix, anime, manga, and mobile games.
