    The integration lets you bring your jobs (projects) and vendors (companies) from Adaptive into BuildPass — keeping both systems aligned without duplicate entry. Super Admin users can: • Import Adaptive jobs as BuildPass projects • Import Adaptive vendors as BuildPass companies • Link existing BuildPass records using smart matching to avoid duplicates This allows your field and finance teams to work from the same data set, even though vendor-to-project relationships are managed separately within BuildPass.

    The current version supports a one-way sync from Adaptive → BuildPass for jobs (projects) and vendors (companies) This means new jobs or vendors created in Adaptive will appear in BuildPass when syncing data, but updates made in BuildPass won't flow back to Adaptive.

    No. Syncing is manual and on-demand. Sync once during setup, then periodically (monthly or when starting new projects) as your Adaptive data changes.
