Import Adaptive jobs into BuildPass

Jobs created in Adaptive can be imported into BuildPass as projects. This keeps naming clean and prevents re-creating the same job twice.

Import or link vendors

Import vendors from Adaptive directly into BuildPass or link them to an existing company record to maintain a clean and accurate vendor list.

Smart Matching

Before importing a job or vendor, BuildPass checks for similar names or ABNs and suggests the correct match. This reduces duplicate records and keeps data tidy.

Bulk Sync

Select multiple jobs or vendors and sync them in one action. This is especially useful when onboarding or when managing a large number of active jobs.

Sync logs

Every import, connection, and bulk action is tracked. You can review logs by date, user, status, and record type.

You can run syncs anytime you need to.
