Introducing Supasite

An AI-powered app for smarter, faster construction site documentation

Built for the chaos of real jobsites

If you’ve ever taken photos on your phone, texted yourself jobsite notes, or scribbled down punch list items on paper, you’re not alone.

Most subcontractors, superintendents, and foremen are piecing together their own workflows using a mix of Apple Notes, photo apps, and group chats. But this leaves critical information scattered, miscommunicated, or forgotten.

Supasite changes that.

It’s a mobile app that helps jobsite teams capture, organize, and share information in one place — without learning complex software or adding extra admin.

What Supasite does

Capture what matters

Take photos, videos, or voice notes in the field. Supasite automatically logs the time, location, and context so you don’t have to.

Turn notes into tasks

Captured something that needs follow-up? Supasite can turn it into a structured task, ready to assign and track.

Generate custom reports

With a few taps, create professional PDFs like daily logs, punch lists, and safety walk reports straight from your captures.

Share it fast

Send tasks, photos, or reports to anyone on your team using built-in native sharing tools.

Use it offline

No service? No problem. Supasite works offline, so you can keep capturing and syncing when you're back online.

What public beta means

From August 11, Supasite is available for anyone to try via TestFlight (iOS) or the Play Store (Android).

The app is fully functional and delivers real value today — but we’re still refining it, and we’re actively looking for feedback.

In this phase:

  • Anyone can download Supasite and try it out
  • You can capture notes, convert them to tasks, and export professional reports
  • Offline support, task editing, and media handling are already live
  • Share feedback directly in the app

👉 All feedback from beta users directly informs how we improve Supasite over the next few months

Key learnings so far

We've been watching how crews actually use Supasite through user sessions, direct feedback, and plenty of conversations with people in the field. Here's what they're telling us:

The core stuff works. Now make it fly.

Crews want to jump straight in

People don't want tutorials or setup — they want to open the app and start capturing. We're streamlining onboarding so you can get to work in seconds, not minutes.

Keep it simple, keep it fast

Field teams said "I saw something, I captured it, now what?" We're making the flow from notes to tasks to sharing feel like one smooth action instead of separate steps.

Make it feel like the tools they already know

Everyone's got muscle memory from their phone. Native sharing, familiar gestures, zero learning curve. We're building Supasite to work exactly how crews expect it to work.

What this means for the future of Supasite

The feedback is clear: don't change what works, just make it work better.

Instead of adding features or changing direction, we're taking everything that's proven and making it faster, cleaner, and more intuitive. Think of it like upgrading from a good tool to a great one — same job, better execution.

This isn't about fixing problems. It's about taking something that already solves real challenges and making it impossible to ignore.

Help shape what comes next

Supasite isn’t just another notes app; it’s made for the fast-moving chaos of work in the field.

We’re building it for trades, supers, and crews who want tools that work as fast as they do.

Try it for free, send us feedback, and help shape what’s coming next.
