No. Every plan runs unlimited projects, subcontractors and workers, and we don't cap the history you keep. What you pay is based on how many admin users need a login, not on how much you build.

An admin user is anyone who works in the BuildPass app rather than the worker app. Your site manager is an admin user: they run inductions, build forms and checklists, and assign defects. Admin users can be given different levels of access depending on what they need. Subcontractors and workers aren't admin users. They work in the worker app, at no extra charge.

Email support@buildpass.ai and the team will sort it. You can move between Lite, Standard and Pro, and add or remove admin users, at any time.
